Dave's journey with Hanline Frozen is truly inspiring. Five years ago, he was experiencing homelessness and going through one of the most challenging periods of his life. Dave credits Hanline Frozen with saving his life by providing him with not just a job, but an excellent career opportunity and the stability he was searching for.

Now a valued member of our Frozen team, Dave has found more than employment—he's discovered a supportive community. His favorite aspect of working at Hanline Frozen is the incredible people he works alongside and the positive energy that surrounds him every day.

For new team members, Dave offers this advice: pay attention and catch on quick.

Dave's generous spirit shines through in everything he does. If given $1 million and just 30 minutes to spend it, he would dedicate most of it to his four children and donate the remainder to charity.

When he's not at work, Dave enjoys simple pleasures like spontaneous trips to the movie theater, where he loves the surprise of seeing what's playing and choosing a film on the spot.

Dave's story reminds us that sometimes a job is more than just work—it's a lifeline, a fresh start, and a pathway to rebuilding your life.
