Her advice to new hires? “Find joy in the work you do.” Aria appreciates how the company cares about its team members’ growth and advancement, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
Beyond her incredible work ethic, Aria has a passion for travel and adventure. She dreams of visiting the breathtaking islands of Fiji or even venturing into space (if it weren’t so complicated!). Aria is also a proud dog person and would love the chance to meet Michelle Obama, believing she could gain a wealth of knowledge in just 30 minutes with her.
