Juan Amaya - April’s R.S. Hanline, Shelby, Employee of the Month

Juan has been an integral part of our team for an impressive 20 years. His dedicated service and commitment to excellence are truly commendable. When asked for advice for new employees, Juan recommended doing one’s best in any role to which they are assigned.

Juan values the opportunity to work year-round and appreciates the skills he has gained at R.S. Hanline, such as operating forklifts and mastering a new system.

On a lighter note, if given the choice to communicate with animals or speak every language, Juan would prefer to speak all languages. And if he could eat only one food for the rest of his life, Pupusas would be his go-to.

Interestingly, he would rather lose the ability to read than to never hear music again, highlighting his deep appreciation for the art of sound.
