Francisco Abreu - June’s R.S. Hanline, Shelby, Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Francisco Abreu for being named R.S. Hanline & Company, Inc.’s Ohio Employee of the Month for June!

With six years on the Fresh Produce team, Francisco has not only become a valued team member but also an inspiration to his colleagues. His hard work and dedication shine through in everything he does. Over the years, he has honed his skills by mastering machine operations and forklift driving, thanks to the opportunities provided by R.S. Hanline.

Francisco’s advice to new hires? “Always try your best at everything you do.” He values the independence of operating the box machine and the chance to collaborate daily with a diverse group of teammates, making his work both fulfilling and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Francisco has some fun quirks! If given the choice, he’d prefer to speak every language rather than talk to animals. Tacos are his ultimate go-to meal, and if he had to choose, he’d rather never hear music again than not be able to read.
