We are thrilled to announce Dina Tamayo as our Employee of the Quarter for Q2! Dina has been an invaluable member of our fresh production team for the last 10 years, exemplifying dedication, teamwork, and a true passion for her role.

When asked to share her advice for new hires, Dina emphasized the importance of paying attention to small details and asking questions when in doubt. It’s this kind of focus and commitment that has made her such an outstanding part of the Hanline family.

For Dina, the best part of working at R.S. Hanline & Company is the incredible team she’s surrounded by and the strong company culture that fosters collaboration and growth. Over the years, she’s gained invaluable knowledge about food quality and teamwork, all while navigating challenges with the support of her peers and the company.

Beyond her impressive contributions to our team, Dina has some unique dreams and interests! If given the chance, she’d travel to St. Thomas and would like to meet Shakira. And while many of us are either cat or dog people, Dina’s heart belongs to birds.
