Position Summary

The Hanline Group is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team of software developers, data analysts, and business analysts across multiple projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth collaboration between software development, operations, and business intelligence functions. The Business Operations (BusOps) Manager will oversee all phases of software development, database management, and business intelligence efforts while strategizing, planning, and implementing advanced development and delivery practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in application development, database administration, data visualization, and business intelligence, combined with a strategic mindset and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

**Strategy and Planning:**
- Create and execute a BusOps strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and promotes a data-driven culture of continuous improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and senior leadership, to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define long-term infrastructure and application development roadmaps, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop strategies for managing complex data environments and business intelligence needs.

**Acquisition and Deployment:**
- Lead the selection and implementation of development tools, frameworks, and automation tools.
- Guide the design, architecture, and deployment of new and existing software applications, databases, and business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with procurement and vendor management teams to evaluate, acquire, and integrate third-party tools and services where needed.

**Operational Management:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BusOps team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage the performance of the team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across platforms.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business operations, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting tools.
- Drive automation initiatives, streamline processes, and improve overall system efficiencies through effective business practices
